Mick M\u00fcgge:<\/strong> Our motivation is to build a bridge between companies and qualified specialists, especially in the blue-collar sector. Many companies are urgently looking for staff, but the market is often confusing. We not only wanted to close this gap, but to do so with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.<\/p>

Valentino Pavlovic:<\/strong> In addition, we cover the entire process - from recruitment to legal issues such as visa processes and residence permits. There are many administrative hurdles and we want to support our customers here. Mick M\u00fcgge:<\/strong> We primarily rely on skilled workers from the EU, as this enables quick and flexible recruitment. But we also have experience with recruiting from third countries, which requires more intensive support - from the residence permit to the visa process. Our team takes care of all administrative steps so that our customers can concentrate on their day-to-day business.<\/p>

Valentino Pavlovic:<\/strong> The focus on EU countries offers our customers short-term solutions, while our international network is advantageous for specific requirements.
